Shop release

What leaves the works, and in what order

On each job the shop issues a short release list, and the pieces go out in the order the foundation and the exterior need them. The lines below name those pieces for the reference bay on the command plate: an 18 by 36 metre hall with an 8 metre eave.

One desk for the shop, the supply, and the crew

SPB-SERVIS TOV opened in 2023 at 2 prov. Tsehelnyi. From that address it fabricates metal products, wholesales miscellaneous nondurable goods, and contracts foundations, building exteriors, engineering equipment, and specialty trades.

It runs that mix as the SPB Service Build Network: shop metal, direct component supply, and site installation on one Vinnytsia desk. The frame and the facade are priced from the same drawing.

    Nondurable goods wholesale

    SPB-SERVIS TOV wholesales miscellaneous nondurable goods to site stores and trade crews in Vinnytsia. Call-offs are tied to a named job. Lots leave 2 prov. Tsehelnyi with the crew that will use them.

    Building equipment contracting

    The same desk installs engineering and building equipment once the frame can carry the load. Setting, aligning, and handover are booked against the fabrication slot, not opened as a second contract with a new drawing set.

  3. 03

    Foundations and building exteriors

    Foundation and exterior contracting run as one sequence: ground work, the foundation, then facade closure. Brackets and girts for that skin come from the company’s own shop. The office measures the bay before it prices the envelope.

    Specialty trade contracting

    Specialty trades are taken where the work locks into the frame, the foundation, or the exterior. Each trade is listed on the drawing set for that building and scheduled from the Tsehelnyi desk.

    Fabricated metal products

    The works fabricates metal for primary frames, secondary members, and exterior supports. Cutting and assembly happen in Vinnytsia, and shop time is held to the foundation and exterior dates on that job.

Four marks, one drawing set

Four revisions on one sheet. The Vinnytsia desk keeps the mark, and the shop does not redraw the bay for the crew.

    Measure

    The desk records span, length, eave, and the scopes, either at 2 prov. Tsehelnyi or on the site, before any steel is cut.

  2. B

    Shop

    Fabrication runs at the works. Frames, secondary steel, and facade supports leave in the order the next revision needs.

  3. C

    Foundation

    The crew sets the foundation to that sheet, including the anchor layout taken from the frames already in the shop.

  4. D

    Close

    Exterior cladding and building equipment follow. Nondurable goods and remaining specialty trades are called off while those crews are still on site.
